Projects & Milestones

Boards show one team's work. Projects add a vertical slice across teams: a single initiative — a migration, a launch, a new feature — that pulls together tasks from Backend, Frontend, Design, Docs, and anywhere else, with its own progress, health, and reporting. Milestones break a project into dated checkpoints.

A project is a navigation and reporting unit on top of tasks. It doesn't replace boards — it answers "how is initiative X going?" at a glance, which scattered tasks across many boards can't.
