Trusted Workspaces

A trusted workspace is another workspace you've chosen to share with. Trust unlocks two cross-workspace features:

• Trusted documentation — members of a workspace you trust can read your pages marked trusted (see "Publishing & Visibility").
• Shared channels — you can open a shared discussion channel with a workspace you trust (see "Shared Channels").

How trust works

• Trust is one-way: if your workspace A trusts workspace B, then B's members gain the access above to A. B does not automatically trust A back — each side manages its own list.
• You add a workspace to your trusted list by its identifier in Settings → Trusted Workspaces.
• Removing a workspace from your list stops new sharing in that direction (it doesn't retract trust the other side granted you).

Two views

• Workspaces you trust — the list you manage; these are the partners you can share docs and open shared channels with.
• Shared with us — workspaces that have trusted you; this is how you reach the trusted docs and shared channels they've opened toward your workspace.

The error message for "workspace not trusted / not found" is intentionally vague — it won't reveal whether a given workspace exists, so no one can enumerate the platform.
