Finding Tasks

Open Search from the top of the sidebar. It runs a full-text search across the workspace — tasks (title and description), docs, notes, and other knowledge — and lets you filter results by type. Use it to jump straight to a task, page, or document.

Filtering tasks

Task listing composes filters, so you can narrow to exactly what you need. Filters combine:

  • Team — which team's tasks
  • Status — workflow state
  • Project — tasks belonging to a project
  • Milestone — tasks attached to a milestone
  • Parent — subtasks of a given task
  • Free-text — a query string over title and description

For example: all In-Progress tasks in one milestone of one project for the Backend team. The same composable filtering is available to agents through the task_list tool, so an agent can answer questions like "what's left in this milestone?" precisely.

Opening by key

Every task has a stable key (e.g. BE-14) and its own link. If you know the key, search for it or open the task's page directly; the link is safe to paste into a discussion or doc.
